TuneUp says it's "Unable to Connect" but I am sure I am connected to the Internet. What do I do?

Well, first off... sorry about that.  Here's a few things that could be wrong:

  • The URL's to add are:
  • Additionally, please temporarily disable any http filtering if you have the option to do so.

If TuneUp does not launch properly after adding the above URL to your safe list, your wireless router (if applicable) may have a built-in firewall that is blocking TuneUp from loading - please try locating and disabling this firewall.
