Well, first off... sorry about that. Here's a few things that could be wrong:
- Some firewall/anti-virus software can conflict with TuneUp causing an "unable to connect" error message to appear.
- To resolve this issue, you can try adding TuneUp's server URL's to the "safe list" in any/all of the following programs: Windows Firewall, McAfee, Norton, Trend Micro, Kaspersky or any AVG product.

- Additionally, please temporarily disable any http filtering if you have the option to do so.
If TuneUp does not launch properly after adding the above URL to your safe list, your wireless router (if applicable) may have a built-in firewall that is blocking TuneUp from loading - please try locating and disabling this firewall.
