MAC REQUIREMENTS
• Mac OS X 10.6.6 Snow Leopard and above (64bit) (Please note that OSX 10.10 and iTunes 12 are beta and are not supported at this time. We are very excited about Yosemite as we know our users are, however beta software is not supported and should not be expected to function properly with TuneUp at this time)
• iTunes 10.7+ with Quicktime installed
• Digital music in MP3/MP2, AAC, ALAC, or M4A format
• ~50MB+ free hard drive space (depending on your collection's size)
• 2GB+ RAM (the more the better)
• DSL or Cable Internet connection (the faster, the better)
• No proxy or corporate firewall
PC REQUIREMENTS
• Windows XP SP3 (Service Pack 3)+ (Win XP, 7, 8)
• Pentium M, Core or Atom or later/ AMD Athlon 64 or later.
• iTunes 10.7+ with Quicktime installed OR Windows Media Player (WMP) 11+
• Digital music in MP3/MP2, AAC, ALAC, M4A, or WMA format
• 20MB+ free hard drive space for installation (depending on your collection's size)
• 2GB+ RAM (4GB or more Drastically improves performance for PC systems)
• Available Hard Drive space greater than double the amount of installed RAM (ie. 4GB HD w/ 2GB RAM)
• DSL or Cable Internet connection (the faster, the better)
• No proxy or corporate firewall
