Conflict:
Users running Norton 360 antivirus and TuneUp simultaneously may experience issues during the Cover Art lookup process. Most commonly, some Cover Art results may not appear within TuneUp, displaying instead the default "blank" lightning bolt icon placeholder.
Workaround:
1.) In the Norton 360 dashboard, click on "Settings"
2.) Click on "Firewall"
3.) Click on "Program Rules"
4.) Find "TuneUpApp" under Programs
5.) Under the "Access" column, change the access menu box for TuneUp from "Auto" to "Allow"
6.) Click "Apply" then "Close" to close the "Firewall" window
