Conflict:
Users who have WIDCOMM bluetooth software installed on their machine, and are using TuneUp with Windows Media Player, may experience issues during the track lookup process. Attempting to send music to TuneUp using the Send To > TuneUp context menu, will cause Windows Media Player to either play one of the selected songs, or not do anything at all (instead of displaying clean track results).
Workaround:
Many users are able to resolve this issue by uninstalling the WIDCOMM bluetooth software using the Add/Remove Programs section of the Windows Control Panel. This software usually comes pre-installed on Windows Machines, and can be easily re-downloaded again in the future by visting your computer manufacturers website.
Alternatively, you can also dock TuneUp with iTunes instead to prevent this issue from occurring.
