How do I submit a support request?

The TuneUp Support Help Center is here to help! If you have a question or an issue, we suggest that you always start by reviewing the Getting Started guide, FAQs, Announcements, and Help Articles.

Still can't find the answer you're looking for? You can Submit a Request to get in touch with our Support team.

1. Click on the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the TuneUp Support Help Center website:


2. Enter your email address, and choose the appropriate selections from the drop down menus below. If you've submitted a support request in the past, please click the login button first to login to our Support system: 

(Please note the user email and password you register in the TuneUp Application is separate from the user email and password for the TuneUp Support Help Center website)

 


3. After clicking the submit button at the bottom of the Support form, you will be redirected to another page to notify you that your support request has been created. 




You can track or respond to your support requests by registering and signing in to the TuneUp Support Help Center.  You can also respond directly to your support request email notifications.
