In summary, our license provides the following benefits to users:

• The trial version of our software is TuneUp Lite, and this software can be downloaded, installed, and used, with limited access to certain features, free of charge.
• Users may purchase a TuneUp user license by a one time payment or a yearly subscription.  The functionality of the software under each payment is identical, the only difference being that annual subscription customers are charged on a yearly basis for continued access to their license and features.
• A TuneUp license provides an activation code which activates a single computer.  The license allows for up to five (5) "transfers" to new or different computers, which a user may execute via the TuneUp app itself.
