Bug: After launching TuneUp, the "Syncing with iTunes" progress bar will appear but never complete
1.) Quit iTunes.
2.) On the "Start" menu, click "Control Panel"
3.) Under "Programs," click "Uninstall a program" (Alternatively, in Classic View of Control Panel, click "Programs and Features")
4.) Select iTunes in the list of installed programs
5.) Right click it, and select "Repair" from the drop down menu (this process may take some time)
6.) When the repair process has finished, please restart your computer.
7.) After restarting, please close any programs that may be running from startup
8.) Launch iTunes and let it complete the startup processes
9.) Launch TuneUp
